Every entrepreneur who is doing entrepreneurial activities must have three main things which are behaviour, attitude and skills. Behaviour and attitude are used to deal, mostly, about intercommunication with other people. Our behavior and attitude reflect how good our organization or company would be in the other people’s point of view or perception. Though we are not necessarily use our voice to communicate , our gesture has told everything. Besides that , skills also are important thing in order to run the business. It also emphasizes that skills are considered being used as fundamental of analytical research and policy interventions in the modern era. As the result, our organization or company has high competency models that can compete with any other competent competitor. One of the model of competency is time competency.

Time is the whole chain when process , act or situation is happening at the moment. Anything we can against the time. There are two different world on how to describe the time . Perhaps, for the businessman, who considers the concept of “time is money”, always calculating how do I get the money within particular time. But for the entrepreneurs, money is only for the company’s battery life cycle. The main goal for the entrepreneur is how do I make something new within a certain time.

For example Tan Sri Anthony Francis “Tony” Fernandes is the founder of Tune Air Sdn Bhd, who introduced the first budget no- frills airline, Air Asia, to Malaysians with the tagline “Now everyone can fly”. Fernandes managed to turn Air Asia, a failing government-linked commercial airline, into a highly successful budget airline public-listed company in very quick and fast period of time. He was also instrumental in lobbying the then Malaysian prime minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad in mid-2003, to propose the idea of open skies agreement  with neighbouring Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore. As a result, these nations have granted landing rights to Air Asia and other discount carriers.

            It was trough Datuk Pahamin A. Rejab, the former secretary-general of the Malaysian domestic trade and consumer affairs ministry that Fernandes came to meet with then prime minster, in October 2001. Instead of starting from scratch, Mahatir advised Fernandes to buy an existing airline. Air Asia, heavily indebted subsidiary of the Malaysian government owned conglomerate, DRB-Hicom, was losing money. To gain profit very quickly, Fernandes himself have to mortgage his own home and used all of his personal saving  to acquire  the company to flourish with profits, comprising 2 Boeing 737-300 jet aircraft and  debts of US$11 million(RM 40 million), for  RM 1(26 US cents), and have transformed it into an industry player for today commercial low budget flight in the world. 1 year later, that is in 2004 after his take over, Air Asia had broken even and cleared all its debts in just matter of  total 1 year. Its  initial public offering (IPO) in November 2004 was oversubscribed by 130 per cent in margins revenues.
           
Fernandes says his timing was in fact perfect:11 September 2001, aircraft leasing costs  fells 40%. Also, airline lay-offs meant experienced staff were readily available. Fernandes himself capable in coping, embracing and competing with time in rebuilding the heavily indebted and gaining back revenues quickly before gaining more debts in the future. He himself, is said to be time competence as he able in turning the airplane company itself to a well renowned low cut budget flight commercial plane in the world in matter of short period as to ease the debts he carry and a well-structured organisations management  to create a world branded company. His stories in flourishing the company is well fitted the traits of time competence itself.

Tony Fernandes is an entrepreneur in the company efficiently manage the underlying business, especially in the field of aviation. he took over the government-owned company, DRB-HICOM debt laden. he replaces with his company Tune Air Sdn Bhd in 2001. He knew that the efficiency in the field of aviation is essential to avoid losses and waste of resources and time. Therefore, he made sure every process in the flight conducted smoothly without any disturbance. Under the leadership of Tony Ferdinandes, Air Asia achieve a career for the sake of a career as a cost-effective practice. He is also concerned about the low cost in everything. It causes Air Asia thus compete with MAS began operations at a low cost. He started down the cost of starting a business strategy is to buy airplane used. This is because the planes used have low prices compared with the new plane. This strategy led the company to profitability and have more funds. Then a plane recently replaced with new aircraft gradually.

However, before he was successful in business, but he had been failure more than once. He gets a big lesson that should never underestimate the major beverage producers in the world. It was a big mistake because he did not ever think about the great rivalry that will be experienced by companies with larger companies and long-established down before this. He also failed in a wedding garment industry (Virgin Bride), cosmetics and toiletries business online (Virgin Vie), men's and women's clothing as well as shoes and accessories (Virgin Clothing), entertainment retail chain stores (Virgin Megastores), developed the automobile business retailers (Virgin Cars), florists (Virgin flower), digital music (Virgin Pulse and Virgin Digital), social network sites (Virgin Student), lingerie (Virginware), liquor (vodka Virgin) and lottery (Virgin National lottery). He is the Chairman and Chief Executive of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, which controls a wide array of businesses which includes golfing, property, resorts, and gambling in a group known as the Berjaya Group. He operates the second pay-TV service in Malaysia, MiTV, that was launched in September 2005. In 2010 he entered the Forbes billionaire list with an estimated worth of US$1.3 billion (RM4.2 billion). Tan's success in the Malaysian business sector has been attributed in part to his close association with prominent Malay political figures.


           Tan was born in 1952, in Batu Pahat, Johor. He worked as a clerk and an insurance agent before going into business in the 1980s. In 1982 he purchased Malaysia's McDonald's franchise and in 1985 he bought Sports Toto when the lottery agency was privatized by the government. Vincent Tan has had close links with Mahathir Mohamad and his family, the ex-prime minister of Malaysia. Vincent Tan obtained the license of his lottery business from an untendered privatization in 1985.On 23rd of February 2012, Vincent has decided to retire from an active corporate role in (B-Corp), the flagship of the Berjaya Group of Companies.

He has the ethical consciousness in pursuing in other ventures in business with very specific views in future business that can flourish. So, used a very manner ways in getting a licence and the capable in chasing his dreams with manners and aware about the pros and cons in his business. For example entering in football is a risk things as he has to evaluate the profit of investing his money in that club. Loh is the first sole distributor of Honda motorcycles in Malaysia.  He known as Mr. Honda and born in  1915 in China. Mr. Loh come from poor families and almost no formal education but he has foresight about business make him succeeded in introducing the Honda Super Cub motorcycle. He saw a Honda motorcycle brand still exists and still used by people of Malaysia during a visit to Japan for sightseeing. He think that branded Honda motorcycles will be a good market if brought into Malaysia. He brings in Honda motorcycle designer and ridiculed by people who think fast the vehicle is damaged and useless. But he did not give up to achieve its aim of introducing Honda so that by the year 1963, Honda became the most sought. Mr. Loh success in this business because he has foresight about Honda will good sales and all people Malaysia prefer the brand despite ridiculed by people. Lastly, He was the one who managed to put the Honda as the third largest vehicle sold in the country. He foresight, effort, take risks and seek a second chance make him success in this business.
